If you want to torture someone, buy their kid a toy with a bunch of parts... You will be thanked for your "kindness" while they will be forced to speed construct the item on the spot, under duress, while parts are repeatedly being grabbed away from them. 😅😂

Also I don't think yall understand... when I say my son has never slept through the night, I don't mean he wakes me up once in the middle of the night for water... I mean he was still waking 4-6 times a night, every night. I've been in the newborn trenches for TWO YEARS. 🥲🥲🥲

My son gave me the best gift of all this Christmas... He finally damn near slept through the night for the first time in his whole life. It's a Christmas miracle. 🥹😭

Watching him play with the little village under the tree, painted with twinkling Christmas lights was absolutely a drug.

So blessed to be able to experience Christmas magic again through the eyes of my child. We have one very loved, slightly spoiled little boy. 🥰 Merry Christmas, everyone🌲

Guess I never said it out loud, but I lost the baby. I thought it was hard the first time but it's harder the second. I'm barely staying afloat.

Some people get antiques and family heirlooms when loved ones pass on... My parents: "Hey do you want this big rock Grandpa kept on his desk?" Fck yeah I want that rock.

Teaching my toddler some fun gestures and instantly said "P U!" when doing 'stinky' because that's what I was taught... and then I realized I actually have no idea why we say that at all. Language is weird.

Lived here for 10 years and never would have known of these awesome willows if I didn't let him explore past the set walkpath... sometimes you just gotta let them lead. A great reminder to also occasionally try the path not taken!
