.@ESNsocial we have launched the European framework for #quality #socialservices & provide the evidence to revamp the current EU voluntary framework @EU_Social Our proposal is also a tool for countries willing to develop or review their frameworks with guidance on how to do it

Today we presented a proposal for a European #socialservices #quality framework k future @EU_Commission anti-poverty strategy @EU_Social. It is the result of 4 years work with our @ESNsocial working group & proposes principles, standards, statements & arrangements to implement it
Day 2 of the Working Group on Quality in Social Services has begun! An inspiring introduction by @A_LMontero (CEO, ESN) kicked off the day, followed by Breakout II on making the framework known & used. ➡️ Stay tuned for more updates from Day 2!
