Other volunteers will be available to assist conference goers during the live conference sessions. All training will be provided--no prior experience is necessary!

Volunteers will be assigned (3-4 hours) to help guide presenters to upload pre-recorded sessions, upload materials, and field general questions about the conference platform in advance of the conference.

During the March conference volunteers will be assigned to support an estimated 3 live sessions (1 hour each) with responsibilities to support the presenter by monitoring the chat and contacting the tech team with any difficulties.

All volunteers must commit to a two-part training session (1 hour each time) in Feb to learn about the WHOVA conference platform, use of pre-recorded sessions, and use of Zoom.
