We, members of the Afghanistan Women’s Light of Freedom Movement, condemn the brutal murder of Kubra Rezaei in Tehran. This is part of the systematic violence against Afghan migrant women. We call for justice and urge international pressure on Iran to protect migrant women.

The Taliban have released the forced confession of Mahdi Ansari. Mahdi Ansari, a journalist, was arrested last year in Dasht-e-Barchi, Kabul, and he is still in prison.
