We saw that game so many times last season, and think we’ll see it a lot more, but really good to see despite the step up in division the philosophy never altered, stay patient and trust our own game. I think we’re miles better than most of the division, and we can get better.

Feels a waste putting Stansfield out left, but if opposition are having to deal with Gray, Doyle, Stansfield and Kyogo all fit and gelling come October, we may have to dig out the old “in for a shock” line again.

We are delighted to announce the signing of striker Marvin Ducksch from SV Werder Bremen for an undisclosed fee. ✍️. The 31-year-old joins us on a three-year deal, becoming Chris Davies’ ninth addition of the summer.

The more I hear about and see behind the scenes clips of Chris Davies, the more I love the guy. So much of the transformation in mentality on the playing side is down to his ferocious commitment and perfectionism.
