NY Assemblywoman Amy Paulin recently announced that A.589/S.4204 would strengthen transparency and accountability at the Port Authority and take effect upon NJ enacting a bill with identical provisions. Jersey City residents may be interested, one big reason being the PATH.

A notable deadline has passed. Up until 3 p.m. Wednesday, the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency was accepting proposals for acquisition and redevelopment of the Pathside Building on Sip Avenue. Before '25, it was known as the proposed home of the controversial Pompidou art museum.
