@PhoenixFoxFL ASU allows peaceful public gatherings as a means of protest or free expression. Our expectation is that public health guidelines are followed. These expectations have been communicated to the BAC and they have acknowledged our protocols do not prohibit them from gathering.

I stand in solidarity with @ASU_BAC and #BlackLivesMatter in bringing awareness to systemic racism and calls for change. All students regardless of skin color should feel safe, whether in Minneapolis, Phoenix or on an ASU campus.

We are very grateful to count with the support of the Black African Coalition, one of ASUโ€™s seven coalitions, that is dedicated to uniting African Americans, Blacks, and allies at ASU. They continue to break barriers for equal opportunity and rights for all students. Thank you!
