$ASTS: $550M non-recourse credit agmt filed for "Spectrum USA", which is an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of ASTS that will hold Ligado Spectrum. Non-dilutive funding secured for Ligado transaction!. Interest: SOFR + 8% or alt base rate + 9%.Term: ~5 Years once drawn.
