Globally, it is estimated that 65 million people live with limb amputation and nearly 1.5 million new amputations occur per year with more than 80% of these taking place in low and middle income countries. That's why @NUDIPU organized the #NUDIPUDay2025 marathon to lend a hand

On 13th October 2025, @NUDIPU will be launching the #NUDIPUDay2025 marathon and everyone is invited to purchase kits to help fundraise funds to buy artificial limbs. These limbs significantly improve an individuals overall quality of life enabling thm to engage independently.
The artificial limbs bought from the #NUDIPUDay2025 marathon funds will enable individuals to participate fully in social activities, fostering connections & relationships. They enhance employability, allowing individuals to pursue careers and contribute to communities.
