Some of the good questions for performance goals or coaching are questions that describe adult actions. Such as the high standards for achievement question and “My teacher treats me with respect.”

This is the first time we’ve shown detailed climate survey data. We found that the questions most correlated with test score growth were a question about schools having high standards for achievement (middle/high) and a bullying question about threats (elem).
