I think Big Hero 6 would lend itself well to a sequel film more than most of the modern Disney animated films (besides Zootopia) due to its unique world and the concept of superheroes inherently having infinite possibilities.

I personally headcannon that there’s a programmer behind Sugar Rush in-universe who added the NES controller deep inside the game’s files just for fun, and it’s an arcade game, so it would be harder to look for stuff like that compared to console games.

I recall Disney is still planning a third Maleficent movie. If that’s the case, it would be like what Warner Bros did with Matt Reeves’ The Batman and Todd Phillips’ Joker where it’s the same IP but the antagonist and protagonist star in their own continuities.

If Warner Bros goes to either Paramount or Universal, it would create some form of monopoly. Paramount = Monopoly on cable TV networks (since they also want Discovery). Universal = Monopoly on the box office alongside Disney/Fox. Paramount and Sony would be left in the dust.
