The Asian-Pacific Postal College (APPC) proudly concluded three major capacity-building programs on 5 December 2025 — the Postal Management Course (PMC), Human Resource Management Course (HRM) and the Sustainable Development in the Postal Sector (SDPS) Workshop.

APPU Pacific Postal Conference 2025 begins in Nadi, Fiji. The Secretary General of the APPU, Dr Vinaya Prakash Singh, inaugurated the Conference, which is hosted by Fiji Post and supported by the India Fund in the UPU.

Two important courses — 'Digital Financial Services’ and ‘E-Business and Technology' were successfully concluded at the Asian-Pacific Postal College (APPC) on 10 October 2025. Over 20 participants from across the Asia-Pacific region and Africa participated in the courses.

The Asian-Pacific Postal College successfully hosted a special one-week training program on Human Resources Management for select India Post Officers from 22 to 26 September 2025. Apart from covering best practices from other Posts, the program also included benchmarking visits.

Two important courses – Digital Financial Services (DFS) and E-Business and Technology (EBT) - were inaugurated by Dr Vinaya Prakash Singh, the APPU Secretary-General, at the Asian-Pacific Postal College (APPC) today. These 2-week courses are being organised from 29 Sep – 10 Oct.
