Today, CMS issued its 2026 Home Health PPS final rule, effective 1/1/26. CMS finalized an overall 1.3%/$220 million payment cut, instead of the proposed 6.4% cut. CMS also adopted bathing and upper/lower body dressing quality measures for the HHVBP.
