โWe question how thinking through deep and recent histories, across water or through the skies, might reveal alternative ways of living? And how dreams of freedom, and other worlds that might have been possible, haunt our present, and suggest other futures?
We are excited to hold a launch event for the Archive of Forgetfulness catalogue at LAPA in Brixton, published by @JacanaMedia . Join us for a conversation with contributors followed by a DJ set by Nombuso Mathibela @NombusoMat . Rsvp:

Zoubida Mseffer began by retracing Yasminโs journey through family archives, memories and interviews. She followed in the footsteps of Yasmin, to places she had known, and lived, in an attempt to fill in the gaps and silences left by holes in memories.
