Yesterday, NORAD F-16s conducted a blue-on-blue (friendly) intercept of two B-52s transiting over Alaska as they returned home after completing an INDOPACOM BTF mission. These opportunities, as part of Operation Global Guardian, further NORAD’s ability to Defend the Homelands.
