Doctors in the sector, must allow other health works breathe. The toxicity in the sector would be greatly diluted with other health workers being appointed as CMDs/MDs, CMACs, DCMACs etc. That first born mentality has not enabled the sector optimize it's full potentials.

The health sector is depressed because of the way Doctors handled it as a colony. The lack of inclusivity and balance in both the leadership and board rooms has brought skewness, fixations and melancholy. To have some freshness, the leadership and board rooms must be democratized
