Just realising…. Which Drama Series that centres on a woman has managed to get nominated consistently across 4+ seasons up til its end?. Because how does Handmaid’s fall off voter radar when Thrones/Curb etc. just get nommed every year regardless of quality…and are about men….

The @TelevisionAcad need to introduce a rule of maximum two actors from one show in a category from here on in. One show getting 7 slots out of 14 in the Supporting categories is ludicrous and boring #Emmys #EmmyNoms.
Drama Supporting categories possibly the most disappointing of the whole bunch this year #Emmys #EmmyNoms

Lola Petticrew is probably the most ‘ohhh’ nomination from Gold Derby this year. Everything else feels very as expected or easily explained. Gotta say I’m a bit disappointed by the general uninspired nature of the noms. Maybe Emmys will follow suit and be just as…standard 🤷🏼♂️.

Out in the UK 22 August. Out on PVOD 29 July. Yet another example of fumbled release plans for the UK this summer after Bring Her Back and Materialists 🙄.
Mike Flanagan’s THE LIFE OF CHUCK with Tom Hiddleston, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Karen Gillan, Jacob Tremblay, and Mark Hamill is expected to be released on digital VOD on July 29.
