Great crowd on the Sunshine Coast this afternoon. Gotta wonder, it seems like an ideal candidate for expansion. It's the biggest urban area in terms of population without a team in any of the major football codes. And the stadium's set for a major renovation ahead of the Olympics

The top four pulling teams after four rounds of the #AusChampionship are South Melb (average 5,110), Preston (4,771), APIA (3,623) and Wollongong (2,199). And honestly, they're the only NPL clubs I reckon that could make the jump to the A-League.

After 18 games, the A-League Men has had an attendance of 144,090. That's an average of 8,005 per game. The highest figure is the 14,767 for Auckland v WSW, while the lowest was Macarthur's opening round two attendance of 3,001 (allegedly).

After 32 games, the #AusChampionship has had an attendance of 57,134. That's an average of 1,785 per game. The highest figure remains the opening fixture between South Melby and Syd Olympic (6,825). The lowest is round 3's abysmal 318 at Syd United v MetroStars.
