#AISNSWLAN We need to move away from the instrumentalisation of languages towards an understanding of the substantive human relationships that languages create. Instrumentalism has NOT led to a larger uptake of language study. Time to look more deeply. Thanks @josephlobianco

Language teachers! One of the proposed changes is that all students learn a language other than English from Primary school. Make sure you add your voice so that these proposals become recommendations. @AISNSWLanguages @AFMLTA @MLTANSW
