The third strategy is the efficient innovation strategy. This includes process improvements to make things cheaper. This strategy eliminates jobs but creates capital. A company need to use the third strategy to generate cash which then shall be invested in the first strategy #AI

The second strategy is sustaining innovation, which includes incremental improvements. For example, making better cars and mobile phones. This aims to preserve existing market shares and does not create many jobs.

“give yourself a lot of shots to get lucky” is even better advice than it appears on the surface. luck isn’t an independent variable but increases super-linearly with more surface area—you meet more people, make more connections between new ideas, learn patterns, etc.
