.@NC_Governor recognizes our 2024 NC TOYs and POYs at the North Carolina Award Ceremony Nov. 14 at the Raleigh Marriott City Center. A great night to celebrate six distinguished North Carolinians and this year’s amazing cohort of state TOYs and POYs.
