2/3 Jenny has worked in Building Control for 20 years, starting as a Technician, then a Trainee Building Control Officer, alongside completing a BSc in Construction and Project Management. She has been chartered by CABE and CIOB since 2105.

1/3 M E E T │ T H E │ T E A M Jenny Millson-Bass Jenny is fairly new to the AI team, joining our Manchester Office as a Principal Surveyor in October last year. She is located in Stockport and responsible for overseeing the surrounding areas of South Manchester and Tameside

2/2 Kiera is here to help clients, agents and contractors throughout each stage of the build, ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible. Kiera has also completed the Level 3 NVQ in Building Control Technical Support and is a Technician member of CABE.

2/2 After 12 years’ experience in the domestic construction industry Mike has taken a career shift into building control surveying. His practical experience and knowledge mean he is well placed to assist you throughout the course of your project.

1/2 M E E T │ T H E │ T E A M Mike Collier Please say hello to Assistant Surveyor, Mike Collier! Mike is fairly new to AI Ltd, joining our Shropshire team in September 2022. He is located in the Cannock Chase area and works in the surrounding and greater Birmingham area.

Good news stories to start the week! Gracie-Mae Chadwick from our East Cheshire team has completed her L3 Business Admin apprenticeship. Harry Walton, Assistant Surveyor in our Shropshire team, has completed his L4 Diploma in Building Control Site Inspection and Plan Assessment

5/5 He has over 3 years of experience within the Building Control industry, and 6 years of experience within the construction industry. Alongside his job role he is also completing a Degree Apprenticeship in Building Control with UCEM. #NAW2023 #apprenticeships

4/5 JACK DANSON Jack joined the team in 2019 and is also located in our Lancaster Office. Jack’s role as an Area Surveyor entails providing building control services to a wide variety of projects, covering an area between north Lancaster and Preston.

3/5 in Business Management with The Open University. In the day job Aimee is responsible for looking after the Northern credit control department, carrying out a range of administrative duties and assisting clients and agents throughout each stage of their project.

2/5 AIMEE DANSON Aimee joined the team in 2018 and is a Business Support team member located in our Head Office in Lancaster. She joined us as an apprentice, first completing a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration before embarking on a Degree Apprenticeship
