Interesting concept from a hospital based in China. Staff are encouraged to report any prescribing related errors, risks or near miss situations. Recive monetary incentives for reporting & no punishment for the health care worker who made the error. #FIP2023

This truly is sad news. Dominique was an amazing pharmacist with unending passion for the pharmacy profession. We had some spirited conversations while on a game drive here in SA in March 2023, what a privilege it was!!

SA is running behind on its 95-95-95 targets for HIV. The goal is to get 95% of people with HIV diagnosed, 95% of those diagnosed onto #ARVs, and 95% of people on treatment should be virally suppressed
