Sessions on fire hazards, emergency response, safety protocols & first aid were conducted by the 1st Bn, NDRF. On Day 4, trainees visited NESAC, Umiam, where they learned about tools for detecting forest fires & disasters, & NESAC’s role in monitoring, navigation & risk reduction

The ongoing 5-day Training on Forest Fire Management under National Collaborative Scheme, sponsored by DFE, Dehradun, featured engaging practical sessions. Participants gained hands-on experience & live demo by Husqvarna on latest fire fighting equipment @cmpatowary @assamforest
