The test will include four exercises to assess muscular strength and endurance, anaerobic capacity and cardiorespiratory endurance.
Starting today, all Air Force EOD students will take the specialized PT test before entering their prelim training course at Sheppard AFB. It's designed to prepare them for the rigors of the field. We're ensuring our Airmen are mission-ready from day one!.
