I have spent some of the afternoon at the driving range. It’s really hard, desperately wanting to do things that I took for granted, playing golf, driving and not worrying about the distance,having to plan my days and taking various drugs - everything is a daily struggle

My ongoing recovery includes slowly getting back to golf, I have only had a handful of 30 minute lessons with @MarkNortonGolf Stroke fatigue is hideous afterwards. So I am a little way off getting on the course but small steps and all that 😁

Celebrating 6 months post stroke today, I was at the same meeting, same location even in the same bloody seat that it all happened. This, I feel is a massive milestone - the future look bright.

5 months post my stroke today I have made huge lifestyle & diet changes, losing 2.5 stone Mobility is good, working hard to get stronger. Hugely grateful to @PhilippaCutler and many other friends for their support on this journey
