VICTORY: We just won our case alongside @GLADLaw, @NEANHNews, @AFTNewHampshire and @DRCNH in which a New Hampshire federal court has ruled that NH’s classroom censorship law is unconstitutional and has ordered the state to stop enforcing it immediately.

We know that a second Trump Administration represents a clear and present danger to our country’s democratic processes and institutions. It represents unspeakably cruel proposals on some of the civil rights we hold most dear. #NHPolitics.

For decades politicians have weaponized voting laws to cut off pathways to the ballot box and unconstitutional laws like HB 1569 are no different. We won’t stop until this law is defeated and until then, we’ll them in court. #nhpolitics

JUST IN: HB 1569, an anti-voting rights bill, has just reached Governor Sununu’s desk. If signed, it would make dramatic changes to New Hampshire’s election laws even though our elections are already secure, accurate, and fair. #nhpolitics
