The national team are working really closely with all forces and ALL forces attend out delivery board every 2 weeks - this means we can learn together, share best practice, problem solve and discuss challenges. We have lots of partner reps on the board too. It works well #wecops

RCRP is absolutely NOT about demand reduction and none of the discussions taking place nationally are focussing on that. That said if there is a reduction in demand as a result therein lies a perfectly ethical secondary benefit for our communities #wecops

As more areas mature in there roll out we can look to have a broader reset around public expectations and understanding. There has been no shortage of media around RCRP, sometimes not wholly accurate, and we are seeking any/all opportunities to address this #wecops

Some of the things we are doing to ensure this ‘works’ - a collaborative approach with partners, QA on both sides, robust escalation processes and national and local policies that everyone can sign up to. We’re also keeping the ‘why’ at the heart of every conversation #wecops
