"Exciting news! Lydie Tonguino, a 2022 Mandela Washington Fellow, is teaming up with MSU & Bamako University to combat GBV in Guinea, Mali, and Lansing. Through AAP's grants, they'll empower 60 young girls via mentorship & training. Together, they're making a positive impact!

Dr. Carolyn Logan from MSU recently concluded a visit to USIU-Africa as part of the AAP-African Futures program, she delivered lectures on data in academic writing, presented on public opinion data and engaged in a round table discussion on future research collaboration.
