Today, the Antitrust Division took another step to restore robust consent decrees in merger cases. These consents allow deals to proceed while preserving free market competition. Today’s decree is particularly important because it promotes airline safety in the USA.

We are here to remember core American values like due process and transparency in antitrust enforcement. We want to ensure that organizations like the OECD serve the American taxpayer and our core values at home and abroad. Let's keep the main thing the main thing. 🇺🇸.
