Dr. Semnen Lambert and her team from Nigeria mentioned that effective food policies are essential to increase the healthiness of the food environment and reduce the burden of NCDs.

Milka Njeri mentioned that less healthy foods are mostly advertised as compared to healthy ones and this influences parent's food choices. Children pay keen attention to advertisements; use them as an avenue to promote healthy food, she added.
