From Build Nova Scotia: The Shaw Wilderness Park trail from the parking lot to the dam site is now open. It was closed temporarily to accommodate work to replace the Williams Lake Dam. Work will resume in the spring to replace the dam.

Public Advisory: RCMP officers are in the area of Boulderhill Rd. in #PortersLake executing a search warrant in connection with an ongoing investigation. Residents can expect to see a large police presence in the area.

Boulderhill Rd. will be closed to traffic, please avoid the area. There is no threat to public safety at this time.

Power outage affecting over 800 NSP customers in the Lawrencetown area this morning. Crews hope to have it restored by noon!

The lights at the intersection of Almon and Agricola streets, and Almon and Windsor streets will be shut off for work in the area, from 9am-4pm today. Expect stop-and-go traffic!
