The circuit opened in 1957 so, unless you lived next door in 1956, I’m not sure you have any right to complain.
The Highway 68 Coalition, a group of nearby property owners, has filed a legal complaint against Laguna Seca. The group is suing to end racing entirely, arguing that the circuit doesn’t abide by environmental ordinances, they claim the circuit is “a public nuisance".

OMG 😳 what a clown show those #WorldSSP riders make when a few drops fall. It’s ridiculous. Just make every race a flag to flag race. Right from the start, no exceptions. They can change tires if they want. The rules are enabling the clowns.
