When I was selecting teams, 70%+ of them mentioned my recent post about "EBITDAC" & thought it was funny.
Now I've been allocated my team they asked when my next post is out.... as it's weekly I sent them my post on Monday about the FED.

The best advice I've had for landing interviews in finance was to:
1. Open a virtual trading account
2. Write a weekly blog on my thoughts on the markets (1k wrds)
You learn so much + actually have tangible proof that you're keen & a hard worker.
