That’s why I’m tapering off Xanax and taking vitamins and I’m literally so scared to stop taking Xanax I’ll miss the way it tastes and don’t know what to do without it … eat grapefruit for the taste at least… and I quick my sweet adderall a while ago people tell me to get disa.
Our medical system is based on masking symptoms, "managing" illness, and getting patients on a hamster wheel of pill after pill after pill.

😂 I literally don’t even care! I microwave all the time… now… unless someone else cooks for me or I order DoorDash! My eating habits are not the worst or best I’m having k.

I’m scared of airplanes I probably won’t get very far … haven’t been on one since before Covid except for in my dreams but that shouldn’t count bc I’m sleeping and can’t control my reality either way… but I almost got in an airplane to nowhere idk what happend it was deepasf.

Worked four hours today and made like $60-80 dollars I can’t remember… I’m learning to be humble bc I’m not making $500-600 an hour anymore and I was on the streets the past few years I about lost it all but I’m picking my life back up 🔝 and putting trust in God.

I’m not sure if I’ll ever fall in love with someone compatible to me ever again. They either died, do drugs, got new gfs, or aren’t attractive and are too cheap to make me be a creep. There’s just no effort or interest. I’m done. Gotta accept myself and live for me now. .

Taken half of my Xanax bc I’m taking Chinese herbal medicine to help me, I wonder if I’ll have more energy. I think I’m done smoking and shooting street drugs for good I don’t wanna lose anymore of my mind. I’d be stuck if no one pushed me. Reality is hard to get a good grip on.
