That black members of staff have been bullied, harassed and been painted with racist stereotypes. You as an organisation @NHSBT need to do better and it’s about time we had that conversation on how to be. End of the day black lives of sickle cell patients including my daughters

As a person that has #sicklecell myself, and having to jump through hoops to try and get the NHS to understand the importance of representation in recruiting more black blood donors to give blood, it’s very hard hearing that not only are we not being heard.
