Once your brush has been used for more than a couple months, it begins to lose it's effectiveness. This goes for both manual and electric toothbrushes/brush heads. Don't let your #oralhealth fall by the wayside. Make sure you have a replacement ready. https://t.co/I7Cd4W9nYJ
The @dentalhealthorg advise that worn-out toothbrushes cannot clean your #teeth properly & may damage your gums. It's important to change your toothbrush every 2-3 months, or sooner if the filaments become worn. When bristles fray, they do not clean properly. #oralhealth #advice
