This is amazing. 🤯. A 4 day week school week is leading to better results for students and less burnt out teachers. The teachers use Mondays to plan and the students attend Tuesday - Friday and use their Monday for self-guided work with the option to come in for extra help.

Dear Daily Mail,. We would like to rewrite your headline for you. Asda was not engaged in a meaningful reduction in work-time. Instead they compressed their 44 hour week into 4 days. No wonder it wasn't popular and was scrapped. Benefits are realised when work-time is reduced.

✅ 60% of the organizations trialling are including 90-100% of their staff in the trial. ✅ 38% of participants have reduced their work-time by 20%.
