Caicedo is a repeat offender, he hasn't got many red cards, only because the premier league officials are clueless.

Our performance was so bad I didn't care about the added time, while watching. But it is very random how they decide the added time in premier league, otherwise how the hell they decided on the 4 mins.
Just 23 mins the ball was in-play for the second half of Chelsea vs Arsenal. It’s utterly farcical that Taylor only played four minutes. The least of any Arsenal game this season.
