I can’t even begin to describe how incredibly special last night was. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who came to support me as I received tenure! I am very grateful to do what I love everyday with kids who mean the world to me, and am proud to be an IT teacher!

Five years ago today… this will always be a special memory and a day I’ll never forget! 🐾❤️ #WeAreStokesStrong.
Thinking back to one year ago. On Friday, March 13, 2020, the girls sang the Stokes Strong song walking to the buses. No one knew what was to come or that it would be our last in-person day of the school year. It was a great day and one I’ll always remember. 🎶❤️🐾

This month, our class embarked on a trip to celebrate holidays around the world! Through reading passages, books, and videos, Ss learned about Las Posadas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Christmas, and created ugly sweaters with important symbols to represent each country and holiday! ✈️🎄🌎
