I’ve accepted the fact that it won’t change. I’ll continue to leave work (early), drive an hour to practice and 42 mins back home; just to make half of my gas money back mid November 😂😂😂😂 The System is a joke, luckily the kids have coaches who aren’t 🤷🏽♂️.
Raise ya hand if you coach football in a state, which is in the 2nd rd of the playoffs and you haven’t received 1 football check for your work yet! I’m tryna see something!.

I Made a decision to turn down a helluva SC program making 4 times as much as I am in NC. Some would call it dumb, I just call it loyalty. But eventually @NCHSAA something has to give because it is a joke, especially for Charlotte. Got to do better.
Im all for the players. But the fact that NC is voting on NIL before they vote on upping coaches pay is a JOKE!!!.
