Really hoping those Week 9 Saturday games are adjusted. We were under the assumption it was the specific DIRECTIVE from the WPIAL that there be no Saturday games in Week 9 because the brackets are to be released that day. Especially a 7:00 kickoff? Move the game to Thursday.

The biggest rule change is the fumble forward going out of bounds. The new rule follows the college and pro format of a forward fumble OB returning to the spot of the fumble (unless it goes into end zone for a touchback).
The biggest rule change of the year involves forward fumbles. If it goes out of bounds the ball is brought back to the spot of the fumble. If it goes out in the endzone it’s a touchback.
