It’s time to say farewell to the CO, Lt Col Stuart, who leaves Kinloss on thoroughly deserved promotion. He was given a traditional send off by the Regt, leaving in suitable style! From all at 39 Engr Regt, we’d like to wish him and his family all the very best for the future.
