Teachers quit, students move, and test scores fluctuate. It is easy to ride the monstrous tide of the moment. It is better to know your end point and continually guide the ship there.

However, we can derive an ethos that helps us navigate those areas that become treacherous. This often happens in education. It has a structured beginning, middle and end of year. However the nuance of the days in between cause unlimited chaos.

Do we let come what may? The laissez faire attitude will afford you many opportunities that will fade with the tide. So what’s the ideal. How do we combine the two dichotomies of “structure” with “chaos.”. Life is build on the chaos of the world - we cannot control everything.

Time is not your issue. It is the prioritization of time. It is the structure of time. It is the misunderstanding of time. How do we craft a life within a finite amount of time? . Do we map every element out to the second? Life loses its spark.
