Arnold did cheat curls so I’m gonna do them. But for real to grow more muscle you have to deviate from textbook form. Allow yourself to use momentum in a controlled fashion. Helping you to push to new limits, move more weight. Focus more on the mind muscle connection.

Muscles shape bone. More intense tension forces your body to adapt, to change. Build as much strength as you possibly can. Consistently throw yourself into new and tougher environments. My own transformation wouldn’t have happened without me testing my limits over and over.
