I also found a weird behavior in android studio. Android studio terminal starts with wrong directory. It was supposed to start in project directory instead.
#FlutterDev have you faced this? App can be built with Flutter but Android Studio (/android) fails to run the app. I think it is gradle related issue. Do Android Studio and Flutter use different gradle versions?.
