Craig doesn't know much about his bio dad because he lives in California. He's shown up in Colorado a couple times over the years but mostly when Craig was younger. Maybe made a phone call or sent a birthday card sporadically.

I THINK Laura got pregnant with Craig when she was pretty young...like 21 after a brief romance with a man she met in California (he was Peruvian ofc). Their relationship didn't work out and they split shortly after Craig was born. She came back home to CO with teeny Craig.
