This statement that only Sanskrit chants work is definitely wrong. I mean Telugu Shabar is there and I met someone with that ability few months ago. I too used to think like this decades back but numerous experiences with Navnath Bhaktisaar and Hanuman chalisa (not just mine)
@mmpandit It is not even written in Sanskrit. Nothing will happen. Except for Sanskrit mantras and slokas of Vedic period and/or given by Maharrishis, told in the right way, nothing works positively for humans.

That Shareer bandhan Shabar mantra is chamatkaari in application. I know of so many people who had great results and experiences with that mantra (even Westerners have done sadhana of that one). Pranaam. Great!
