Good luck to our teams of Cubs, Scouts, their leaders / young leaders taking part in the Shelterbox Scavenger Hunt today. They'll be in Liverpool City Centre hunting for clues carrying their #BigGreenBox to raise awareness for Shelterbox with over 600 Scouts from the North West.

She has played a key role in the development of young people in our area and we are so thankful for the time, fun and enthusiasm she has given to our group over the years. She is slightly slowing down, but still seen at Beavers most weeks. HAPPY 80TH BIRTHDAY BARB!

This International Women's Day we celebrate all of our fantastic leaders, helpers and supporters. However, we are very proud to celebrate Barbara Rice's 80th Birthday. She has been a Beaver leader since 1985 (38 yrs!!!) and part of our group committee before then. 1 of 2

It’s not a secret that I’m a bit of a fan of @scouts and their new offer for 4 and 5 year olds is wonderful. But I’ll be keeping pressure on the government to keep exploring ways which we can help these groups keep fees low for parents during the cost of living crisis.

Over 100 of our members represented Merseyside Scouts this afternoon at The Merseyside Civic Service of Remembrance for Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at Liverpool Cathedral. A poignant moment to remember HM The Queens years of duty, service and devotion to our Country.

Exciting news! Last night we opened - SQUIRRELS! They spent some time getting to know each other through a story, chat and games; and tested our knowledge about Squirrels and the animals we're named after - did you know a Squirrels teeth grow by approx. 15cm each year?
