VR is tough psychologically. Often asked if it's a good discipline to get into, given that the difficulty is always increasing. Hacking will always exist, in one form or another. The right question - are u ok w repeated failure/uncertainty without it influencing your self worth?
Another case in point of how tough vulnerability research is, and the toughest thing isn't just the process itself but pressures of life which do not help you when you're in total despair, lost in front of a screen with no idea how to find a bug. None of you are alone in this.
